seeking skills
This course is for people wishing to
participate more in their local community by:
- volunteering
at their child’s school
- helping
in community organisations
- contributing to a local community garden
Students learn volunteering and job seeking
skills including:
- improving
reading, writing and speaking skills
- communication
in the workplace
- finding
the right job
- resume
writing
- applying
for a job online
- interview skills
This 3 hour per week course is held at Ashfield
Public School every Monday from 10am to 1pm commencing Monday 5 May and
finishing 16 June.
