Cultural Intelligence (CQ) describe and measures the motivational, cognitive and behavioural capability to function effectively in different cultural contexts.

The training involves:

·         Cultural intelligence (CQ) portal set up prior to workshop

·         CQ 16 page individual report

·         2 hours workshop
