Bankstown Multicultural Youth Service have recently partnered up with a Registered Training Organisation to deliver hospitality training for those that are looking to enter into the hospitality industry. 

The course duration is 4 weeks in total and will run every Tuesday & Wednesday.

Start date: Tuesday 14th February 2017

Time: 9:30am – 2:30pm 

Location: Peppertree Café Bankstown (Underneath HOYTS Cinemas  Bankstown)

Cost is Free under the Smart and Skilled Funded Program for clients who  meet the eligibility criteria
 below
  • 15 years old or over
  • no longer at school
  • living or working in NSW
  • an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen
The training that is provided is accredited training and will give the clients who completes the 4 week training course the following Nationally Recognised Qualifications.

Use hygienic practices for food safety (SITXFSA101)
Prepare and serve espresso coffee (SITHFAB204)
Interact with customers (SITXCCS202
Participate in safe work practices(SITXWHS101)
Provide responsible service of alcohol (SITHFAB201)
