Seeking Training/Workshops:
Dress for Work is a
project of Metro Assist which assists disadvantaged men by providing free
business attire to attend job interviews. Our clients include men who are long term
unemployed, disadvantaged youth, refugees, recently released prisoners and men
with mental health problems or disabilities as well as the homeless. Dress for
Work caters for all ages.
We additionally provide
Job Readiness Training for our clients addressing issues like appropriate
interview clothing, employer expectations and workplace culture and behaviour.
Dress for Work has
recently moved to 62 Meredith Street, Bankstown. Referral forms can be obtained
from the website www.dressforwork.org.au
