SEEKING EXPRESSION OF INTERESTS

Do you want to learn Leadership and Managements Skills?

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from people interested in participating in a six week course in leadership and management. The course will commence in March and April and will be held at the Ashfield Civic Centre. 

The course will cover two core units from Certificate IV in Leadership and Management:

 • BSBLDR401 Communicate effectively as a workplace leader
• BSBMGT402 Implement operational plan

After completion of the course you will receive statement of attainment from TAFE NSW. Basic levels of English proficiency and computer skills are required for this course and there will be assessments that will need to be completed outside the class time.

To be eligible you must be:

• 15 years or older
 • have left school
• live or work in New South Wales
• an Australian citizen, permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen

 This training is provided by TAFE NSW

This 2 day workshop will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty. This applies to all workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings

Canterbury City Community Centre is running Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced English conversation classes for women. All except the advanced class have childminding. Classes run on the school term.
